Return Policy
At Handmade Haven, every quilt kit is carefully packaged with love and attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Because our products include fabric and printed materials, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been cut, used, or altered in any way. Please take a moment to review your product and ensure you’re completely satisfied before altering or using your product.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused kits in their original condition and packaging. Instruction booklet and templates must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (minus shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items
Any kit with fabric that has been cut, marked, washed, or used.
Any quilt that has beed washed or used.
Sale or clearance items.
